SATURDAY 23rd FEBRUARY: Join us for another Thai food extravaganza. Thai chef Liz Kalnin will be bringing more of her own native recipes to the table as we learn about pairing Thai food with delicious local wines.

– Tangy pomelo salad tossed with mint, cilantro, lime, shallots, coconut, carrots and topped with sesame and chia seeds
– Tom Ka coconut soup simmered in a blend of mushrooms, lemongrass, galangal and lime leaves
– Northern Thai tomato and ground pork dip (Nam Prik Ong) served with jasmine rice and raw vegetables
– Steamed coconut custard dessert (Sungkaya Bai Toey)
