The Silga Verdejo is straw-yellow with green touches, lustrous. Forward nose, intensely fruited: floral base with citrus overtones. In the mouth: fresh,structured, balanced acidity and flavourful; very long, with apleasing hint of bitterness to finish.
Food Pairing: Excellent aperitif and as an accompaniment to salads, uncured cheeses and spreads, fish, seafood, and rice dishes, etc.

Wine-making: De-stemmed; pre-crush cold maceration over several hours. Gentle press followed by slow, controlled, cold-fermentation in stainless steel, max.17º.
