We’re very excited to announce our first ‘out of bodega’ collaboration with the amazing and wonderful cooking of CARAVELLE in Raval!
We’ll be presenting you with a food and wine pairing specially crafted and delivered. This should be a fun night of good food, better wine (don’t tell Zim! ;P) and the most excellent fun.
Burrata with roast pumpkin, chopped lemon & walnut bagna cauda
Roast Miso Cauliflower with roast carrots, kale puree, crisp baby beets
Fried Salt Cod (beer battered) with lemon, smoked almond alioli
Buttermilk Fried Chicken with feta & chilli poblano dipping sauce
Each course (4) will be paired with a South African wine, which we will present and explain so you can enjoy the play of flavours.
